Summary

From her life in Cairo to being a discor star, from success to suicide, Dalida reigned over the hit parades throughout the world. Although the artist's career began at the same time as popular music emerged as an industry and was acclaimed everywhere as "la marchande de bonheur" (the merchant of happiness).
