Summary

Admiral Mario was assigned to catch the captain of the Hungry Tiger. The whole country wakes up when it hears that name called. The Hungry Tiger skipper was a mighty woman robber. Everything he says becomes a law that must be obeyed by all robbers in the seven seas.
