An experienced filmmaker, Oman Dhas has honed a visual flair that continues to garner accolades. His documentary series “Culture X” won the Silver World Award at the New York Festival 2009 (Best Documentary Category). One of his short films placed at the HD Fest World Premier 2005, and another was a Finalist for Nokia / Discovery Channel Mobile Filmmaking Awards 2006. As founder, executive producer and director of Third Floor Pictures Pte Ltd, Oman has developed, produced and directed a wide range of tv shows such as ASIA's Underworld which garnered him ‘Best Director’ title at the Asian Television Award 2013. Oman’s first feature film, titled Hotel De Sade - ‘Official Selection’ for NYCIFF 2013 in New York, is a psycho thriller, sold in South Korea, Taiwan and currently making it’s round in film markets around the world.Read More...
