Biography

Ronnie Sortor wrote, directed and edited the feature films, SINISTRE (1994) and RAVAGE (1996).  He also coproduced and edited LIVING A ZOMBIE DREAM (1995) and KITTY KILLERS (1998) for filmmaker Todd Reynolds as well as several short films and television commercials.  In 2005, Sortor made the short horror film, "Remains".  Retired from filmmaking for nearly a decade, Sortor was enthusiastically brought back into the world of low-budget genre cinema with the invitation to edit the critically-acclaimed film, FLOWERS (2015) for Philadelphia, PA director Phil Stevens.  Sortor's duties expanded to 2nd Unit Director, Coproducer, Sound Designer, and Sound Effects Editor.  Ronnie continued to edit other projects as well as Stevens' next film, LUNG II (2016).
