Biography

Jonathan Jacobson grew up in the small town of Chester, CT, literally surrounded by movies, as his parents owned and operated a local video store. After exhausting the narrative possibilities that directing his friends with his camcorder allowed, he attended NYU's Tisch Film School. While a student he worked on Larry Clark's infamous feature Kids (1995) which led to production work on other NYC indies and music videos.
