After a successful festival tour, KAHLSCHLAG was released in cinemas throughout Germany in March 2020 (UCM ONE). His second feature film ALASKA received a Lola nomination for best screenplay in 2021 (German Screenplay Award) and is currently in post-production (ZDF – Kleines Fernsehspiel / Wood Water Films). Meanwhile, Max's third feature film BAHRI is already in the financing phase. In addition to producing feature films and documentaries, Max runs a story development lab in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
