Rudra Kawser born in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has completed his Post Graduation Diploma (PGD) in Film making from Bangladesh Cinema & Television Institute (BCTI). One of his films 'Janapada' has been selected to several international film festivals and won the BEST FILM AWARD at the Dhaka International Youth Film Festival 2020.
