The dysfuncional staff of Seattle Grace Hospital is introduced. Meredith Grey is a woman who just wants to have sex with fellow doctor, Derek Shepard even though he wants to be in a relationship. Cristina Yang is a stubborn bitch who hates men due to the fact that she saw her ex-fiance screwing a man in the hospital lobby. She eventually sleeps with a male nurse and tries to ignore him when he wants to be in a relationship with her. Izzy Stevens is a dumb blonde who paid her way through college by stripping and is now forced to take care of the baby that isn't Miranda Bailey's. George O'Mally is accussed of being gay and tries to be with Lexi Grey. Alex Karev starts to date Lexi Grey but it is eventually found out that he is gay by Miranda Bailey. She accidentally walks in on Alex having sex with another man. When the season finale comes around Alex's secret is safe with Miranda, Meredith gives into Derek's pleads and starts a relationship with him, Cristina remains single, Izzy is still taking care of the baby, George confesses his love for Lexi, and a new doctor starts at Seattle Grace when a zombie outbreak starts.
