The year is 1906. Pyotr Stolypin, who has just been appointed Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Empire, arrives in St. Petersburg. A group of maximalist revolutionaries is developing a plan to kill the "enemy of the revolution." But how to get close to such an important person?
